Wir haben unseren zweitägigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Das Personal war äußerst bemüht und zuvorkommend (es handelt sich um ein Familienunternehmen). Die Zimmer waren nicht nur schön, sondern auch super sauber und die moderne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen . Das Frühstück war lecker, vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Beautiful place, very clean.

On the main road but a bit away so very quiet.

Don't let the low price put you off, this place is amazing. A new hotel, rooms are big, bathroom big, beds huge and soft. Clean sheets and towels whenever we asked. Great attitude by the staff, English is limited but the young daughter at reception understands most and  when there was an issue, we sent an email and that worked every time. Breakfast was huge, so big in fact we sent an email listing only the items we wanted for the next morning and some items they went and bought for us as they were not standard. When the wifi signal didn't reach, they put the router outside our room in the hall and when we asked for laundry service to be arranged, they offered to do it for us and for a small fee (4 USD) we got it back washed and folded neatly. When we needed a ride, the hotel car was always available. We compared prices with Uber and private car service, the Uber price is generally cheapest but 9 out of 10 times, there is no car available. But between hotel car and private car, hotel car was always cheaper, conclusion take the hotel car (there is only 1, so book early). There is a Cargills supermarket walking distance and we ate every night at Gami Gedara restaurant also walking distance ( or sometimes we would ask the driver to take us or a tuk tuk for a small fee 1USD). Don't recommend to walk along the road in the dark! Overall, would definitely recommend, especially for the price, this is an absolute great place to stay to do all the activities around Dambulla and Sigiraya.

First of all, the rooms are great. It's clean, spacious and nicely fitted with all working amenities. Has tea coffee making facilities, hair dryer and toiletries
But the problem is the service, it's a family run business so customer service is not really their priority. Have attitude and not really bothered about what the customer requires or caters to it.
Food is really not tasty. The curry we ordered was just boiled and was so watery like a soup. Tea and coffee were again not worth the mention even.
Only plus point is the hotel itself, Nicely maintained. Other than that nothing great to say.
